ImTOO Video Editor consists of 3 sections of Video Joiner, Video Splitter and Video Cutter. In Joiner section you can paste two or more video files into one video file. In the Splitter section, you can also convert video files into identical sections by entering the time or number you want, actually converting a movie into equal chunks in volume and time. In addition, in the Cutter section, you can also cut a portion of a video file by specifying its beginning and end.
